Fix Problems with iPad Internet Connectivity

If you have not used your iPad over the summer, or are experiencing connectivity problems, there are several things you can do:

Open Zscaler

Zscaler is an app that filters unsafe content from your iPad. It is ensures that you use the internet safely, and in compliance with DOE safety regulations.

  1. Tap the Zscaler icon.
  2. You will be automatically signed in to the app.
  3. Service Status will say “Connecting…”
  4. Wait until Service Status changes to “ON”. This may take a few minutes.
  5. Close Zscaler.
  6. That is it. You should be able to use your iPad normally now.
